During March we are doing a survey to find out the housing needs of everyone who lives at Heyford Park. Part of the planning agreement is a Letting Plan that will give priority for the affordable housing to people living here at the time of the survey. The survey results will be used to decide the housing mix on the Park.

DWA Housing & Management Consultants will carry out this survey on behalf of the Dorchester Group, Cherwell District Council and our partner, Sanctuary Housing Group. All information will be kept confidential and be used only for deciding what housing will be provided under the redevelopment.

DWA will be hand-delivered survey forms on Wednesday 29^th February and you need to send them be back by Saturday 10^th March 2012.  It is vital you fill in the survey form and tell us as much as you can about your household. That way we can make sure you get the right help and support over the coming months and help you make the right decisions about your future at Heyford Park.

You will be able to post the survey form back free to DWA, or you can  hand it in at one of our Open Days. We will also provide drop-off boxes at the Chapel, Community Centre, Shop and at Security (opposite Heyford Park House). All completed forms will go into our £100 cash prize draw.

The DWA team will be working on Heyford Park throughout March 2012 to make sure everyone knows what is happening and why.
